I don't know what to say, Dale. It is a thread in this forum that has the PDF document attached to it. I just click on the PDF document and my computer asks if I want to open it or not. Saying 'yes' opens the document. Peter

So the issue wasn't due to the appearance cover or the shutters. My thought all along was that the vehicle has another problem which you seem to have confirmed. I hope it gets resolved. Good luck. Peter
