i would go with a good wax and a GOOOOD buffing wheel job. MOTHERS IS THE STUFF TO GET. My friend has used 17 diff kinds of polishes and waxes on his R1 and mothers has turned out better than anything yet.

i think backpresure may have something to do with it too i have a flowmaster single chamber 30 series with a single high flow cat.

i was looking at the hood of my 91 maroon explorer and all the abuse the hood has taken over the years and all the clear coat was coming off so i decided to paint it satin black its in the process of being painted in my garage. ill have pics soon so tell me what ya think.
