9006/5 are single element bulbs. 9006=low beam, 9005=high beam. 9007 is a dual element bulb.

That may depend on the state laws. California you can do without side mirrors as long as you have a front windshield mounted rear-view mirror and NO TINT or other rearward view obstruction. Then again they might get you on some technicality or something weak.
