is it the factory catalytic converter? if it sounds like a rapid rattling kind of knock, the cat could be suspect especially if you say it happens under load. sometimes after a lot of miles the catalist materal breaks loose and rattles around (sounds like a bolt in the exhaust or something)...

dang i was hoping not to need axle drop brackets. i figured the radius arms would have to be corrected, i planned on getting extended RA's REALLY soon so that kinda sucks, i was just hoping to set up the front so it would sit right until i take the time to do the front suspension right. but...

ok so today i ordered my deaver leaf pack. i also picked up f150 spring perches and camber adjust bushings. the deaver pack is suposed to be 2.5" lift and the perches are 1.5" lift. so i need another inch or more lift in the front to make it sit the way i want. tough country has 1.5"...

by "re-worked" he means they have been cut and turned to correct the camber angle for the lift he got. to give the stock beams negative camber (or positve?...the top of the tire more towards the truck haha). otherwise you would hve to use dropdown brackets to correct for the lift. those...
