As the subject states. Should I be worried about trying to install a 1992 Transmission in my 1994 ford Explorer? I know there are some tranny guru's out there.

Thought this was a pretty neat alternative for those of you who dont want to permanetly mount lights to the top of your new explorer. you could obviously mount a couple and permanetly run the wire, then just unclip when not in use...

I am looking for the measurement of the 5.5" lift coil with the weight of the vehicle on it. I basically need to know what the measurement is from the bottom of the coil spring to the top of the coil spring. Thanks so much.:thumbsup:

A good friend of my wife and I was in the front passenger seat of this explorer when the accident occured. She is still healing, but truly believes that the Explorer saved her life. Just thought I would share it with you guys and I am sure Julie or her Husband will chime in at some point...

I am in the process of converting my 97 Ranger from 2wd to 4wd. I know on the TTB Gen explorers this is a very easy swap since the engine crossmember is the same. Is there a diff. between the 2wd and 4wd engine crossmember on the Rangers? :salute:
