heat to cool Ill bet its the door in the heater and a/c case that changes it from hot to cool when changing from heat to a/c, maybe the motor that turns it.

I would start with checking the vacuum lines for clogs and definantly check for clogs in the EGR tubes from the exhaust, use some brake cleen and compressed air to clean it.:thumbsup:

I would check the Idle Air Control (IAC) motor or even just try cleaning out the throttle body passages.If it runs ok but dies mostly at idle or when you come to a stop thats where I would start.

I have most the parts to start my SAS but am lacking some leaf springs. Im using a dana 30 from a wrangler and need some input on what would be a good set of springs to use on a the bronco 2?

ECT sensor He is refering to the Engine Coolant Temp sensor, but dont know exact location of it, maybe at the water neck/ where the top radiator hose attatches to the engine or on the side of one of the heads

I just have 2inch coil spacers, a bit longer shocks, no swaybar, and trimed fenders thats about it for now.:)

Egr I think your system uses a DPFE sensor to monitor EGR flow, the sensor could be bad, the EGR could be bad, or it could be as simple as the EGR clogged with carbon. Simply removing the EGR and cleaning it may solve the problem, you will know if it is clogged when you remove it and the valve...

Think you have to swap the t-case out for a manual one. not for sure on the explorers but on the rangers and b2s they have to be swaped out.

connector Ford should have the conector and the wire terminals needed to put the new connector on. Was there sign of damage at the connector or did you test it?. cause just replacing the connector might not fix the problem unles you know it is bad. You could splice in one from the junk yard to...

Maf MAF systems typically use a 0 to5 volt sytem. So if you have a volt meter you can check the voltages to and from the pcm. There should be 3 wires on the MAF sensor, one is a 5 volt referance from the pcm, one is the metered voltage that the MAF sends to the pcm, and one will be a ground...

sliders Using a slider design sounds awsome, you should post some pics when you get it in the mix, Im curious on how well it will work, never seen them on a 4x4 setup before.
