The only time the steering shaft needs extended, is with a body lift.

With a suspension lift, only the axle assembly is getting dropped, and taller knuckles are used to accomodate the increased distance between the upper and lower control arms, and to be able to use the stock steering components.

That has got to be the easiest to install lift I've EVER seen...

Did someone seriously steal your wheels?

I am picking up some 33s on wednesday for my 99 xlt, im trying to get ahold of a 3 "body lift to throw on. Would i be okay with the bl and 2' of TT and 33s, or would i rub to much to drive away with them, thanks

That's how my setup is. TT and rear shackles with 3" performance accessories body lift with 33" MTRs. I have the sport with the grey plastic body kit and I removed the little corner panel on the rear of the front wheel well as it would rub on full turn.

I get to post here finally.... i need some fender flares will '95 ones fit my '94?

They should fit, the only difference really is the header panel and fenders, but I don't think it's a big enough difference to affect flare fitment. Nice truck btw, mine should look like that soon.

alot of great looking trucks

figured I should post since I'm doing the opposite of how I started(lowered)..

body lift in the next few weeks so I can bring down the torsion bars.

34x10.5x15 swampers, tt, shackles, added jeep lift springs to my stock top spring (didn't do anything except it does ride a bit better)
