Hi all,
First of all, I tried Search, but all I get is a blank page, soooo.........
My 2000 EB seems to be stuck in 4hi. Goes in and out of 4lo, dash lights work, but in the 4auto position, it's still in 4hi. To test this, I stopped on a gravel road and hammered the throttle. No wheel slip, no clunk as it went into 4hi, just started off in 4hi. Also, when going down a paved road, the sound never changes as I switch from 4auto to 4hi. So, I'm pretty sure it's stuck in 4hi all the time.
Was able to read enough to know it's not the tcase shift motor, so now what?
ETA: I disconnected the electrical plug on the tcase, and it's still locked in. Suggestions?
