2013 explorer squeel

My 2013 explorer has a very loud squeal. Only does it about 5 minutes after car has been running mainly at idle. The squeal goes away generally once car is warmed up. I took to ford they originally said tensioner pulley and belt. They have been replaced and still squeal. Using stethoscope the noise is loudest under the car at the oil pan. Any ideas on what this could be?

I would have guessed it was the belt but that appears to have been addressed so I hope someone else has some ideas of what to check.
