Air Intake Hose

Anyone have a source for the rubber ends on the intake tube? Later models are one piece molded rubber so they won't work. The plastic tube is fine on mine but the boot at the throttle body is shot.

The whole tube is available but not exactly cheap.

The wrecking yards (Pull A Part) around my area have these all over.

Never been able to find good one's in the junk yard. Been looking for several years now as mine are in poor condition as well. Lot's of similar boots but not ones that fit first generation.

My TB end has been gone for years...Never had a problem. Just make sure the clamp is tight.

I'm going to use this rubber tube to replace the throttle body end of mine. I will need to cut off the necked down part and build up a small section to make the remaining part round.

I'll take pictures and report back on how it works. Here is a link to the right size part.
