2002 Ford Explorer XLT
I bought a 2002 explorer Xlt 4×4 4.0L last month. The rear timing cassette was broke on the top. Anyway I stripped everything off and then pulled the engine. Replaced all 4 chains all the gears tentioners got all new TTY bolts everything, bought the timing replacement tool kit and the other specialist tool also got all new gaskets water pump, plugs, wires, coil pack, 3 other sensors, and fluids you know. The whole deal. Put it all back together drove it for two days now and it died in my work parking lot on my way in.

Circumstance..

Weather,------- has been rainy, moist, and also sort of humid.
when,----- died while turning in to parking lot.

Will crank but won't start, and do not feel it's fuel related.

Any suggestions???

Xlt not Clyde (autocorrect)

Check and make sure all that wiring got put back on tight when you put it back together. poss. something popped off while you were driving and killed it.
