COMPLETE 4" SUSPENSION SYSTEM SOON TO BE AVAILABLE FOR 2000 FORD EXPLORER SPORT TRAC
Dead Link Removed
WEST MONROE, LA - Give your new Ford Explorer Sport Trac a whole new attitude with Superlift's soon-to-be-released 4" suspension system. The new Ford Explorer Sport Trac shares the same suspension basic torsion bar / control arm suspension design as other downsize Ford trucks, including Rangers and Explorers. Just as with Superlift's complete system for F-150s, the key to the Sport Trac system is the steering knuckles. Superlift's heavy-duty nodular iron knuckles replace the factory knuckles and incorporate a raised ball joint boss, enabling the vehicle to run wheels with a factory offset and eliminating the need to lower and / or replace the upper control arms, which are mounted above the frame rails. The remainder of the system utilizes suspension and differential lowering brackets constructed of 0.25" plate steel so that all factory CV axle angles and ride quality are retained. Superlift's replacement centerlink is constructed of heavy-duty DOM tubing for exceptional strength while retaining all factory steering geometry. Longer DOT-approved rubber brake hoses and Superlift Superide shock absorbers round out the system, while the optional skid plates and kicker braces protect the steering linkage and differential for a durable and reliable off-road package that doesn't compromise highway ride quality. For more information, contact your nearest Superlift dealer or call the company's sales / tech line at 800/551-4955

I wonder what they are doing about the drive shafts!!
