I had the sunroof motor replaced at the ford dealership.
The next day my demand interior lights will not come on, and my buttons to stow, fold etc my 3rd row seats does not work.
I’ve now spent more than half a day at the same dealership for them to figure out what they messed up and they say a short is causing the fuses to blow but they don’t know where and they say it’s nothing they did (of course….) I saw one other post regarding this but that person seemed to fix the problem by putting new fuses in. The dealership claims that they blow instantly when a new fuse is put in.

Anyone help?!

The fact the fuse blows instantaneously when inserted is a clear sign of a short. Do you recall if the demand lights worked when you picked up the Explorer after the moonroof motor repair?

Did you find a fix? I'm having this same issue.

Have you checked the fuses?
