Alright I came back with the result: I removed one of the spark plugs and found out the gap on the old one is not the same as the new one. The old one is kinda rust but still looks good, so I did not bother replacing anything

Just checked manual, 5W-30 is recommended for EcoBoost engines and 5W-20 is for other regular engines
