Aftermarket hitch install

Going to add a hitch for bike rack/cargo hauler...has anyone installed one of the aftermarket hitches and if so is it a simple do-it-yourself install or better done by a professional?

Pretty easy, I put one on my wifes Honda odyssey- just for bikes...
