remote starter problem

I have an 05 sport trac and my remote starter wont start the truck any more. Its a ford remote starter. what happens is the horn chirps once everything seems normal like its about to kick in but nothing happens and my theft light blinks rapidly.
My battery is good, i checked the voltage. dont know where to go from here. anyone experience this before or know what to do.
