There is a lot of work involved with the SAS so i think that the 2-3 Grand estimate above is pretty accurate. Finding one is going to be the hard part.

Hammer? I just hit the UCA with the hammer and the ball joint stud slid right in and then tapped the pinch bolt through. It shouldn't be too difficult. Just make sure they aren't going in at weird angles.

Yeah. Just turn the crank pulley to get them lined up. Wasn't very difficult to do.

Yes, they are accessed through the starter hole. I just used a long extension and came out by the radiator to loosen them.
