2001 ranger Windshield wipers not working

My 2001 Ranger's Windshield wipers and washer fluid not working. All fuses ok, and replaced the switch on Column still not working. Night before problem started my interior light stayed on and I pulled the bulb, so the battery wouldnt run down over night. Next moring I had my problem with wipers.

I'm not sure what circumstances led to your wipers not working. I had a similar issue where the wipers stopped working after I had my truck detailed. It seems an overzealous "powerwash consultant" got water in the relay box under the hood (driver's side by the firewall). With regards to your interior light going off, it may be the door switch which is integral with the latch mechanism. Spray some WD40 on and into the door latch mechanism and lube it up as it might be sticking. I had the same problem on mine.
