Here is short history of what I am experiencing. I had to replace the radiator, condensor, thermostat and ac lines for my 2006 ford explorer. Now that work is done and the ac is cold, i have two more issues (not sure if they are related). First, now when the ac is on, it sounds like a pressure release valves goes off (never heard this before), is this normal. Second, it sounds like something is revving, the sound is not consistent and does it more often when the car is first started and only during acceleration. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The "revving" noise is most likely the electric fan kicking on like mine sometimes does if the AC is set to on when I first start the vehicle or it could be excess cycling of the compressor. The other noise could possibly be due to the AC system being overfilled/charged and blowing off excess pressure from the high side of the system.
