2022 Explorer XLT Rattle

Hello, new member. I have a 2022 Explorer XLT with 9K miles. We noticed a rattle sound coming from the rear passenger side. Thought it could be the sway bar/link. Took to dealership who had it for 2 weeks and they came back and said the same thing. Replaced the sway bar/link but the noise is still there. I peaked under the undercarriage cover and saw this piece that looks broken. Anyone know what this piece is called? I think it’s rubber but can’t get to itIt looks like it should hold the lines flush and maybe they are making the noise as they move?

It looks like a plastic clamp that keeps the lines firmly in place. It does look broken or perhaps just unlatched. I would think it could be the cause of a rattle.
