Hello everybody in this awesome forum!
My name is Cristian, owner of a '91 Explorer XLT.
I've bought her from a Spanish farmer. The vehicle is in an unforgiving bad shape, with dry mud, sand, feathers and so on underneath the carpet. The engine runs surprisingly well, but there are other mechanical problems that I hope I'll be able to solve with help from people in this site.
I hope to restore her to the looks she deserves for being one of the greatest cars ever made. What am I saying I want to give her the best there is for compensating the ordeal she's been through
I am Canadian but I live in Spain, which I may say it is quite nice cause there is warm weather for more than 8 month per year (snow is kind of a miracle here) and there are plenty of hills and ravines to explore, rivers to cross and beautiful places to see.
All I can say is that it's nice to meet people dedicated to powerful 4x4 vehicles,
not afraid to get their hands "grease-dirty" and always ready to meet the nature.
