Cheap exhaust for inspection.

Looking for a cheap exhaust system to pass my inspection with, then on to bigger. Anyone know any brands?
I've got a 97 2 door 4x4 explorer with a 4.0 v6

Do you not have any exhaust on the vehicle? If not I'd say a junk yard stock system is gonna be the least expensive and since your moving to a larger exhaust it should fill your needs just fine.
