code reader says too lean in bank 1 & 2?

It's a '99 sohc so I'm thinking fuel filter and maybe the lower intake gaskets are finaly gonna half to be replaced. I know it has the gaskets problem, But I was hopening to keep it out of the cold and not have any problems.

Any ideas? anyone?
