Dome Light Removal

Hey Forum i hope everyone is in great spirits, Can anyone tell me how do oyu take down the dome light over the second row of seats? I can pull the cover off, but it feels as if the whole dome will break when I'm trying to pry it out. It's a 2004 Mountaineer
