Explorer power mirror wiring

Hey guys,
Got in a little accident the other day and I have to replace my passenger side power mirror on my '94 Ex. I got the bolts out and the mirror loose I just can't figure out where to disconnect the wiring to get it completely off. I know it can't be that difficult so if someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
