Hello all,
I'm a new member to this club and I belong to another club. So maybe I will be able to find all information and other Ranger owners that I can associate with on problems as well as questions.
I have a 89 Ranger SC with a 2.9 V6 with Amsoil synthetics everywhere, LMC dual exhaust and free flow air intake. I'm looking to replace the 2.9 with a 4.0. I currently have a 4.0 SOHC that I recently found out it would not work for my application. So if anyone has a 94, or earlier, 4.0 OHV that would like to upgrade to a 97 Explorer 4.0 SOHC with 85K miles, and all wiring plus EMC, and would like to trade let me know.
Anyway, I'm glad to be a part of this group.
