TCC solenoid

Hello all,
noticed a thread from 2007 about the TCC solenoid and the code P1744, which was very helpfull. I need to change this, and have never looked at the trannie. could someone explaine to me where the solenoid is and how to change it.

Welcome to this forum! You have to remove the transmission pan to get to the solenoid.

Replaced Solenoid

ok, I replaced the Solenoid, filter, and put it all back together. Now how many quarts of fluid do i put in?

What engine size do you have? Do you have 4WD?
