2006 xls, stock everything. Right now I'm running 245/70/r16 and plan on putting the Rancho quick lift leveling kit on it. I want to put taller tires on it but what I'm looking at is i currently only have about a half inch clearance between the sidewall and the upper control arm. I'm afraid a 265 will rub. Furthermore, the upper ball joint sticks out even more at the top of the tire which has me concerned that a taller tire would rub there even if i didn't go wider. I'm thinking i might have to get offset rims for this to work. Has anyone experienced these issues or have any insights/suggestions?

All I know, 265's are ok, I am running 265-60-18. But anything wider and taller might be an issue. Mine barely clears the suspension, but still ok.
