Torsin Lift

How much lift can I get by cranking up the torsion bar? Would it be enough to be level with a 2in rear lift springs? How hard is this mod on parts and performance of the truck. If it works it would be a perfect inexpensive mild lift to go along with the 3in body lift that I want to run.

sway bar links ??

I planned on doing the swaybar link replacement from perrson off-road systems,(the stainless one with the quick release).do we have to use the sway links you mentioned for this to work ?studs,nuts,links.
