Water Leaks

Hi My Name is Andrew Reyes and I would like to ask a Question about Water Leaks on a 2020 Ford Explore , I was told by Ford Dealer that it might be your Heater Box Drain, Will this be coming down as Clear Water ? also when i start the Car it drips alot more .
It only happens when it rains with what i mention above .

What comes out is condensation from the air conditioner evaporator. It is clear water that comes from the drain.

If the water only appears after rain it's doubtful that what you are seeing is from the evaporator.

Is this the same leak you posted about here? Location of AC Drain Line?
I'm guessing that the water leak is not in the cabin.
