which hitch and safari rack??

I was wondering which hitch and safari rack would give me the most for my money? For the hitch, I want something not very bulky, since i'll only be pulling a 20 foot boat (or 25 if it get traded in). I was looking at the class IIIhidden hitch round tube receiver. any good/bad comments on that one? Also, which safari racks are good? I want something pretty durable, but price is a factor in this one. I was looking at he con-ferr one, but it's pretty expensive. I like however the idea of having the flooring feature, so I can fit smaller objects on the roof rack without them slipping through the large holes, like the surco one has. All comments and suggestions would help trememdously. Thanks.

I have been using a Hidden Hitch Class II round tude hitch for quite some time.

I have had no problems with the unit. It was simple to install and looks good.
