will a 1999 bumper fit on my 96?

I came across a 1999 bumper with fog lights and all wiring for 50 bucks at a local junkyard....question is will it bolt up to my 1996 explorer? I really want the fog lights and i like the look of that bumper as well......if it isnt a direct fit i can fab it up to make it fit just wanted to kno what i was getting into.

The bumper should bolt right on.

4 -18mm nuts are what separate you from joy.
