Solved. Leaked from dowel for the oil restrictor on Right head.
Lower control arm bushing front forward
Swapped battery connectors
Front Main Seal 4L with Harmonic Removed

New oil pump drive assembly

It was finger tight. I didn't check it before I installed the head. My bad.
