2nd 10K for 2014

Ritsui and I are running our 2nd 10K race for 2014. This one has me a bit nervous as I'm running it for Proof of Time for another race. Admittedly, I'm super slow. Luckily, I have a guy who is super supportive and encourages me along the course! Wish us luck in our race tomorrow!

Where was the race and how did it go?

Thanks for the well wishes! They worked! We ran 2 min / mile better than what I had needed to hit the pace I wanted. The race was in Rancho Cucamonga. It was about 1/2 uphill but then had these long downhills to catch up. I'm so pleased!!!
