99 Mountaineer - The driver's power seat does slide fore and aft some, but does not slide all the way forward. I don't see anything physically blocking it. Is that a common problem / easy fix? I've got the seat out of the vehicle at the moment.
Thanks!

Broken rivet on seat belt track. i will bet on it i have had 1 ranger and 1 mountaineer with the same problem. The rivet keeps the belt follower from binding on the plastic coated rail as i recall.

Thanks Johnny, thats exactly what it was. The belt follower is tilts and binds on the rail. The plastic covering on the rail is kinda buggered at the rear of its travel but not sure if that's the cause or the result of the binding. I don't see where a missing rivet would go yet. I'll check the passenger side as a reference.
