i have the same prob recently in my 2000 sport...if its around 10 degrees(as it often is at night) the seals will shrink and i lose fluid and therefore pressure. i start it up in neutral to warm up the seals and then its fine as long as the resevoir is full and i dont pump air into the system...

My buddy is giving me a high pinion dana 30 out of a cherokee with all the 4 link brackets hacked off set up for spring over . It has no axleshafts or bearings. Hes also giving me front yj springs with aal's, a toyota steering box out of a 92 ifs pickup, tubes to mount the shackles in the rear...

I just took off the tail pipe and it sounds like a completely different exaust. The sound is much deeper and crisper. yes it is 2:40 in the morning and i am reving my exhaust

Never mind...i feel like a complete dumbass. The sound was coming from a plastic piece which i tied my temp muffler hanger to and it was rubbing on the driveshaft...Any more help on exhaust and that shaking though would be great.

was it like chattering teeth?? kinda like the sound of poorly lubricated gears or something?? i am having this issue now it sounds like there is chattering coming from my car that is relative to my speed. i opened the door while i was driving and it was much lounder

I have the ohv and ive had this issue for a while now. when i apply anymore than 3/4 throttle the floor/pedal/shifter vibrates. not too too bad but very noticeable driving. Could it be the tranny?? its a the 5 speed manual. Ive never changed the fluid....spark plugs have also never been changed...

alright i got everything all together and decided im going to install a self tapping drain plug for the front diff...Also gonna change my plugs which from what i understand is not going to be fun...

Yea this is a really ****ty design. The drivers side a 38 or 39mm would work but its just so corroded the seal wont even line up. i used sandpaper but it only did so much...i guess im gonna be at this for a while

whered you get the seal driver from?? autozone doesnt have one. It appears as though im never going to be able to drive those seals into that small space. they hardly line up
