Here's some pictures of my semi trucks and my projects working on them. Swapping disc brakes axles under all them, one truck at a time. I didn't get pictures of the leaf spring replacement on one truck. The springs it needs are out of stock everywhere so I got a set of used 9k springs and replaced the main leaf with the old 6500 lb one. Raised the truck 4 inches in the front. The red truck was a Craigslist find, during covid truck parts were unavailable and I needed a backup truck. I offered $7,200 and they accepted. Guy handed me $20,000 in receipts for the work that was done. I put new tires and an oil change, drove it as is for almost a year before a gasket in the head went. Tech said it was called a pita pocket seal. Figured that means pain in the ass. I painted it green with Raptor liner, swapped rear axles for disc and went from 3.7 to 3.25. Top speed went from 107 to 130 mph. It's got 500 hp, I'm looking at a 700 hp tune for it. The ford LCF was another Craigslist find, something I didn't need at a good price. Paid $3,800 for it and everything works, including the air conditioning.
