I know wat type of trans fluid to use but wat brands are you guys using that you find runs the best. By that i mean dissapating heat. Been lookin into amsoil. Also deep pans only found one type but it was finned and added 3 quarts. I am adding a filter kit that taps into the cooler lines it has a temp sensor in it mounts anywhere and uses a fram number ph8a filter. Perma cool made it. Easy way to install a gauge add some extra fluid and also change a filter regularly which when filled will help keep trans fluid cleaner

I don't know what is best, but I use the Advance Auto MERC V.

amsoil

I use amsoil and have no complaints. I have a temp gauge in my pan and when I switched to amsoil I noticed faster warm up times but a lower overall temperature. I also have an inline filter that accepts a normal oil filter mounted in line with my cooler lines. Also the extended drain intervals of amsoil will pay for itself, but in the end even cheap fluid is most likely better than the dirty fluid in there now.
