Ive been doing some research about how i'd like to lift my explorer. Ive come to the conclusion that I want to do a 2" TT, shackles, AAL, and possibly a 1" BL. I dont want to do any higher of a BL due to having to modify other things to make it work. The 1" will suffice.

What is needed to do the 1" BL? I found these pucks from other threads that ive searched. How many do I need?

Any other help is appreciated too.

I only plan on running 265/75/16s maybe 285/75/16s if they will fit.

I'm running 265/75/16 mud terrians. No lift at all, no rubbing unless off road then slight. Would a 1 inch bl really be worth all that work and time?

Since the body lift is under 3 inches all you need is pucks and bolts (and maybe new bumper brackets to raise the bumpers with the body if you don't like the gap showing, but thats up to you).
In total you need:
- 10 body lift pucks
- 10 bolts and nuts. The nice thing is you should be able to reuse some of the stock bolts.

Those pucks seem alittle pricey to me. In my opinion look at getting at getting 5 separate "3 inch lift pucks" like these:http://www.amazon.com/Zone-Offroad-Bulk-Tall-Block/dp/B0021IAOQE/ref=sr_1_3?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1393609195&sr=1-3&keywords=body+lift, and cut them in half so you end up with 10 pucks just under 1.5 inches tall.
If you go that route these will help
