First real post here. I just got a 2015 PIU. Ordered Husky Weatherbeater front floor mats off eBay thinking they must be the same. Driver's side didn't fit. Got an OK from the vendor to return, but decided to check to see if I could make them fit, since my research showed NOTHING that was a custom fit.
I discovered the difference was the huge raised left foot rest.
It just pulls out with Christmas-tree style fasteners,
then you have to remove the side panel and rocker trim to free the carpet.
Under the carpet, there is a wooden spacer block screwed to the original foot rest. Pull that one out,
then from the back side of the original foot rest, remove the screws.
Put the original foot back UNDER the carpet, then reinstall the trim. Then the floor mat can be fit into place. You have to smash the carpet down a pit, and if you didn't have the custom mat it wouldn't look right, but the mat fit quite well and locked into place with the buttons on the carpet.
Hoping the pictures display OK.
