I purchased mt 94 4WD EXP about 6 months ago and realized the front pads were scorched and disentegrated. I replaced the calipers and pads about 4 months ago and the pads have already worn completely away. One of the rotors is toast. I checked the back brakes and they look brand new.
I bled all the lines when I replaced the calipers and greased the pins well when I installed them. I also bled them again over the weekend and I am getting fluid to the rear brakes. I'm to the point I think I need to take it to Ford but thought I would check with you guys first. Is there a proprortioning valve or does ABS take its place? I am leaning toward there being air in the ABS system. Could this be a result of that?
