Alright, lets suppose you want to put this wheel:

On this explorer:

First off, open your wheel in photoshop. What you want to do, is select the wheel by whatever method you prefer. You will then have the wheel, with the marching ants.

Go to Edit>>Copy.

Now, open the picture of your Explorer

Now go to Edit>>paste.

You now have your wheel pasted on to a new layer, over your Explorer.
Go to the free transform tool (highlighted)

Simply click on the corners and sides of the free transform box, to adjust the size of the wheel. Adjust the wheel to the same size and shape as the old one, and place it over the wheel

Now apply the transformation, re-paste another copy of the wheel, and repeat for the front wheel.

And now, it is done. Save and enjoy!

Post up any questions you may have.
