Printing body parts is what I am interested in. At 57 years old I may be needing a few spare parts soon ;)
 






Somebody told me that their dentist prints teeth in his office on his machine. I wonder what kind of material he uses. All of the plastics that I use would be too soft. Maybe he uses the resin style machine. My machine uses plastic filament rolls. I'm printing a body part that I designed for my van as I'm typing this.
 
























That price range is high for the average person but I'm sure that it will come down when many different manufacturers produce it. It wasn't that long ago when an average 3d printer cost several thousand dollars. You could find low end machines in the $150 to $500 price range with decent printing results.
 
























I'm shocked they all completed the print job.;)
 






























This is amazing to see the evolution of 3-D printing over a 9 year period. I've been making things on a printer in school and to know that it was only a decade ago that printing was almost not possible in anyone's home is crazy.
